Mrs. Tangela Harrell was in the final steps from reaching a dual Masters in Education/Special Education when she reached out to the We Win as One Foundation for assistance in becoming a certified teacher. Her specialty area is History and Social Studies in which she has a Bachelor’s. Tangela also has a minor in African Studies. With a $1000 grant from WWOF, she was able to complete the certification needed to become a certified special needs high school teacher in New York. We are so proud of her accomplishments! The WWOF appreciates the opportunity Tangela has given us to be a small part in empowering youth for years to come.
